Cancellation / no show policies
We have a 24 hour appointment cancellation policy. Due to the unfortunate amount of cancellations and no show appointments, we request a card number up front in order to schedule an appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel or don't show. Thank you for your understanding.
